Krucker, Verna A. (Marriage - 24 Oct. 1942)
Miss Verna A. Krucker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Len Krucker, and Clarence G. Schultz, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Schultz, were united in marriage at high noon Saturday, October 24th, at the Lutheran Evangelical church at Abbotsford, Rev. J. Brandt reading the marriage ceremony. Miss Lucille Schultz was maid of honor and the bridesmaids were Mrs. Earl Krucker and Mrs. Carl Fischer. The groom was attended by Wallace Schultz, Earl Krucker and Carl Fischer.
The bride was attired in a becoming gown of ivory brocaded satin with finger tip veil, three tiered, edged with alencon lace, and headdress of seed pearls. Her bouquet consisted of ivory chrysanthemums. Miss Schultz wore a dress of aqua blue taffeta with matching headdress of seed pearls and lily of the valley set in a large bow. Mrs. Krucker wore a dress of peach georgette over taffeta with matching headdress of seed pearls and lilies of the valley set in a large bow. Mrs. Fischer wore a dress of blue taffeta with matching headdress of seed pearls and lily of the valley set in a large bow.
A wedding dinner was served at the Fayette Hotel and a reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Schultz.
